Just bought an i touch for my daughter and it won't play video I purchased through I tunes. The video syncs and shows up but when I touch to play it says " This movie could not be played" The video plays on my iphone and from what I understand I can put the video on both right? Why won't it play! this will be a disappointment christmas morning if I can't get it working.
