My first ever post! 
I have emailed Itunes about wanting to download SD versions of my HD movies and other than getting a reply in very broken English, I am told that I need to uncheck the HD box in the bottom righthand corner of the page.
The problem is that whilst I had this functionality previously, in Itunes 11.3, it appears to be missing.
Has the facility to download SD versions been removed?
