[HELP] iTunes Balance

hey all,
i want to change country on my itunes account but i have some leftover itunes balance which is 15,10EUR

how do i spend all of it so i have remaining balance of 0.00EUR so i can be elgible to change country?

dont suggest me to go in AppleStore please..there is no Apple store in my country

edit: i also dont have a credit card in the country my itunes is atm so i cant add credit card
