Help: itunes in Multiple Displays

I'm thinking about starting a Dj business using itunes and it's visualizer. However, I want to use two displays. One display being a projector displaying itunes visualizer and the other being my pb G4 displaying the itunes interface. I am having difficulty figuring out how to have fullscreen display while being able to manipulate my playlists in the itunes interface. When I use dual displays, my primary disply gives the visualizer and the secondary goes black. Mirroring causes both displays to have the visualizer. In either case, I must stop the visualizer in order to use the itunes interface. Anybody have any ideas? Is it even possible?
