HELP!!! I am leaving for a long trip soon and am going to need iTunes! I am running Mac OS X Lion Preview #1 and upgraded today to iTunes 10.3. When I try to open the application it comes up with a window saying, "iTunes can't be opened because of a problem". What should I do?

Restore to backup if you have one. Always a good idea especially when dealing with beta software. iTunes 10.3 was release after Lion DP4 so it may not work on the earlier previews.
Ok. Unfortunately, I don't have a backup. So are you suggesting I go back to Snow Leopard? Will I loose all of my music?
Why not update to the latest DP? Anyway without a backup there's a fair chance you'll lose all your data one day, like when your drive fails or another install gone wrong.
