Help, I've deleted all my printers & drivers in SL

I screwed up trying to fix a balky printer and mistakenly I deleted everything instead.

I have everything backed up on Time Machine attached to my iMac. I can't seem to figure out how to get my printers back/what folder?/restore whole system from earlier today/yesterday?? Could somebody please tell me the step by step means to get myself back to before I messed up.

Have you tried to go to the company's site and downloading the latest drivers for your printer.

No, I haven't. I just want to use my Time Machine profile from about 3 o'clock today to restore what I mistakenly deleted if I can.
