Help! I've installed some dodgy drivers and now my graphics card wont work

I tried to install some graphics drivers and when I did system preferences wouldn't open. So I restarted and now when I boot into OSX the screen is just blocks of color so I can't do anything. I have a macbook pro so is there a way I can access the filesystem on the mac pro to remove the dodgy drivers?

You might need to just reinstall OS X at this point.
