Yep, I've just been really stupid to use Docker, my dock works except now finder won't open at all, it just keeps repeating the message that the Application quit unexpededly, i'm unsure what to do, or if it would help restarting my mac or make it worse!

First off, have you uninstalled Docker? I doubt restarting your Mac will make anything worse.
You can try Option key+Right-click on the dock Finder icon then choose Relaunch.
If that doesn't work see this article for some tips (keeping in mind it's not Mavericks specific).
