Help Jailbreaking iphone 4

Been trying to jailbreak iphone 4 with redsnow.

I have been following the instructions on iClarify, when instructed by redsnow I turn the phone of with it still connected. After waiting for it to switch of I click next which is were it would ask for me to hold the power button, etc.

But I never get the chance, it gives the instructions but then goes to next screen and says there was an error and should use a different usb port.

Am i missing something?

Try a different computer if possible or check your USB drivers or try another USB port like it says, if you have one.

Also, if you're running Vista or Win 7, right click on redsn0w and through properties /compatibility change it to run in win xp mode.

Different methods, same results. You should be fine with the Pwanage JB
