Help jailbroken iphone 5 lag

Hi all, I would like to know if some one know what can i do. I had my iphone 5 jailbroken but it started to have some lag... And i hate that.. So one week ago I installed the ios 6.1.4 and is still having some lag in some aplications, when i open something.. I hate that..
Has anyone know how can I solve this problem?
