Help! Jailbroken iPhone was restored and now will not activate.

All I'm getting is the start up screen, as in 'choose a language' and such. Then the phone says it cannot activate. Is there any way around this?

Connect to WiFi to complete the setup then try things like rebooting or turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds then turn it off.

If iTunes recognises your iPhone then restore.
