HELP! Lion got downloaded on my computer buy a torrent and i want it off!

A buddy of mine downloaded Mac OSX Lion on my computer through a torrent and I really want it gone! I have the snow leapoard install disk but it won't let me redownload snow leapord! Is there any way i can just get my computer back to normal and download Lion the legal way? I really don't want to loose any of my file either!
PLEASE HELP ME!

Just out of curiosity, what is wrong with the torrent download?

Itunes didn't work and it wouldn't let me install the update. And it didn't download the recovery partian of the osx lion.

Nooo. it just won't let me open itunes. or iphoto. and it doesn't have the recovery partian
