Been searching for an answer to this for months. I think the ultimate answer is it can't be done...at least in the way I'm trying to do it. That being said, I'd be happy for someone to prove me wrong or provide alternate solutions.

I do a podcast typically with two other guests through Google Hangouts, which we stream to Youtube live. I would absolutely love to be able to do this on my iPad for a number of different reasons.

There are 2 big issues I keep running into when attempting this:

1) The Hangouts App won't let me "go live" with the show

I have no issue setting up the call; however, there's no button to let me make the show go live. I've even tried to force multiple iPad browsers to run in desktop mode; however, Hangouts through a web browser requires a plug-in I'm unable to install on the iPad.

2) The second issue is related to my input/output. I can get the iPad to detect my Blue Yeti, but I receive no audio output from headphone port on the Yeti. If I plug the headphones into the iPad, it turns off the Yeti as my input.

Any help at all would be much appreciated. I'm so close to being able to ditch a laptop for the smaller form factor of an iPad Pro, but this issue keeps holding me back.
