just wondered if i could pick someones logic brain, i'm new & learning
the
software....
i had to wipe my hard dive and re-install logic express 7 on my mac. i
retrieved the data before using a friends mac. since then it seemed to work
fine loading up songs i was working on before, apart from: i'm not able to
move the individual music files on the main arrange screen. the mouse cursor
seems to be restricted for some reason but only moving or manipulating the
individual channels like when you use the hyperdraw volume control for
example. i can't even move the time bar to listen to different parts of the
track. the tracks still play they just can't be changed from what they were
before i re-installed. i've tried re-installing the software but its still
the same & this is same for the three different songs i was working on.
does
that make any sense to anyone?
somebody mentioned smpte time lock which i havt used ever before, so would
just automaticly assign this after re-installing? if so what is the process
for unlocking?
