Help, Lost all Music and Random 10 Gb of other space

I am on 1.1.3 with it jailbreaked and have downloaded a lot of apps and games. Sometimes Iphysics would freeze or the emulator. But for some reason i turned my ipod on and there is a random 10Gb of other in my Ipod i know i do not have 10Gb of apps or games but i do think that my music was not deleted just put into other. So now i have 10Gb of other and want to delete that without restoring it because then i will be back on a non jailbreaked 1.1.3 and at school with no way to jailbreak it here for a long time.

So is it possible to do so, some how

Any help i would love
