we're running in a school lab (emacs 10.3.8 off a dual 2.5 G5 server) and have just nicely got into DW MX but have run into a snag while working with Library Items... our students and the groups they belong to are set up in WorkGroupManager and for the most part the Media group they are in is left wide open... saving all types of files has not been a problem up until now...
so when we open the assets panel, create a new library item, edit the item we're fine... it shows up in the Library Assets panel... but when we go to save the library item and it updates the pages (or tries) the newly created library item disappears from view completely... it still exists though cuz we can see it in the site map... we just can't use it as a true Library Item though!
this could prove to be a real pain in future lessons, as many refer to the Library...
