Afternoon everyone,

I've recently upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus from the iPhone 5. :)

Unfortuntely when I've backed up my iPhone 5 using iTunes to then restore it to my new iPhone 6 it has lost one of the notes from my notes stored on the iPhone 5.

I've tried everything but the note has gone on all devices.

I've tried to retrive it using a thrid party software unsing the iPhone 5 but it's gone.

The software show's me other deleted notes, etc but not the one I'm after.

I've logged on to iCloud online and still it's not there.

Is there anyway to get the note back, I really need it. :(

There should be a backup folder in your computer to retrieve this.

Go to FINDER > GO > HOLD DOWN OPTION KEY > LIBRARY

If you're a non-mac user, I can't help. I'm all Apple.

Actually, I couldn't locate my iPhone folder there. I have notes on this. Check here first and I'll see of i can find my noted later.

Try contact Apple directly maybe. Have their engineers retrieve the note for you. I think if you remember the key words in the note then it's possible.
