my mac book pro constantly freezes and has problems
the biggest problem it has is turning on
I never shut down and if my battery finishes i despair(even though it-s suppose to reappear where it was when battery finishes it does not)
Now if I try turning it on the apple will come up and the loading thing under and it will just stay like that for hours or till it finishes it-s battery
i tried safe-boot can someone please help

Is this a new computer? Some more details besides saying it "sucks" would be helpful.

sorry yeah its prettty new i got it in june
and it has had many problems
so i tried safe boot resetting pram and etc and nothing worked
i can-t use disk utility because my disk is not with me
and could someone explain to me how to test the hardware i think that might work
bye and thanks

I would take it to the apple store if possible if it's under applecare.

Disk utility is already on the computer so you don't need a disk to use it.

The computer is still under the one year warranty, as it has been purchased in June.
Disk Utility can't be accessed due to the Mac not booting.

jonny1, do you have an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Repair Centre nearby?
