help mac pro stuck on start up

my macbook pro 13"retirna is appearing an error message when i turn it on

it just restarts over and over again and its not taking me to deskopt or nothing , please help .how can i fix this

I can't read your first screen, but that second one is what is called a kernel panic (crash). The link above has some suggestions for troubleshooting.
