[Help] Macbook 2,16ghz mid 2007

Good night, can someone explain to me how much ram can a macbook in mid 2007 (MB062LL / A)?
I heard that could be detected 4GB but only 3.25 GB are usable, if I install windows x64 do I have the 4gb to use?

Where can I buy a kit with 2x2GB? Do you recommend it or is better only 3gb?
