Help!? Macbook keys not working

So i come home today to find me computer looking fine. But when i open it up and try to use it the keys z,x,c,v,b,n,m don't work. They are all in a row so i think it is related but i have no idea what happened. The other keys on the row shift, comma, period, and slash work fine. does any one have an idea to help me out?

I'd guess someone spilled water on it. You might try blowing compressed air onto the keys.
