Help! Macbook Pro 13Screen flickering red!

I have an issue with my screen flickering red (mostly where the screen should be black, and the text has a bluish shadow. I'm not sure what the problem is at all ( video card, logic board, screen or any other issue). I attached an image of the problem from my iphone, I tried doing a screen shot but it wont actually show the problem. The issue itself is on and off, sometimes the red is better/ worse, but words always have that blueish shadow. I also ran the techtool deluxe program, and everything passed. The computer is a 13' unibody macbook pro with a nvidia 9400m video card. Please help as my warranty has run out and don't have the extended apple care. Thanks in advance!

You should just take it in to a store or repair center and have them diagnose the problem.
