My Macbook is stuck on the blue screen before the log in screen. I've done all the things that you're suppose to do, started it in safe mode and verbose mode and rebooted RAM and such and still nothing. When it was in verbose mode it kept saying I/O Error. I'm not sure what that means and if I need to take it into an Apple store. The thing is the nearest Apple store is over and hour and a half away from my house and I jsut had to go there last week for a new charger. If there is an at-home solution then that would be fabulous. Any ideas? This is the computer I use to run my business, unfortunately.
