Hi there-

I'm desperately trying to get my 3 year old macbook to cooperate- it operates fine although it has been VERY SLOW lately but occasionally it will freeze and flash a blue screen, then either just remain frozen or shut down. when i try to turn it back on, it responds as normal, but as the desktop, wireless bars, etc start to load, the pinwheel comes up and then the screen flashes blue, and the whole process of loading the desktop starts over.. this repeats endlessly until after turning on and off a few times and waiting about ten minutes it will finally turn back on- something is clearly up and i'm afraid i am going to lose data. any thoughts? thanks so much!
