So I have posted previously about my mac.
So now I have just recently (about 6 months ago) put a brand new hard drive into my computer because the stock fried 2 yrs after I bought my computer from macmall.
I replaced the stock harddrive with a Seagate 500GB Harddrive from Newegg.

Now after about 1 yr my computer seems to be acting up again.

The first time (my first HD replacement) it wouldn't even turn on.

Now the new problem is the computer won't get past the grey screen.
I've tried completely reinstalling windows but it didn't recognize the HD.
[The part where you select the HD: there wasn'y anything to select]

I am really hoping there is a way to save all the information on the harddrive and possibly keep from having to buy another one.
Any body know what I can do?
