Help: Mail to sleep

I've followed this guide, and my script+automator is working, but when the email part comes i got problems.

Ive added the rule, but mail doesnt "start" the rule automaticly. I would have to right click and apply the rule for the mail.

Is there anyway to make mail do this automaticly?

PS: Sorry my crappy english
