Do you have any bluetooth devices paired with your Mac? The same thing was happening to me before, and I found out that it was my Mac and my paired cell phone talking to each other that kept waking the Mac up. I turned off the bluetooth on my Mac, and all was well. Later updates to Leopard have fixed this for me, so now i can keep my bluetooth on all the time without a problem.

Thanks for advice, but I already turn off Bluetooth , so It must something else ..Anyone..
