I am using my Macbook Pro uni to watch movies on my new HDTV. I am having this huge problem. After a couple minutes, the display just dies and becomes complete gitter (nothing but millions of black and white points). I am sure it is not the HDMI cable, cause I use it for the PS3 without any problems. Could it be the miniDP adapter, although I bought it from the Apple store couple weeks ago. It is running snow leopard 10.6.1. The problem does not only happen while watching movies, it happens always after a couple minutes.

It is really driving me crazy. I also don't have guarantee on this laptop, I think. I bought it November last year, or end of October... Were can I find out also if it is still in time to buy Apple Care? Do you think is the Graphics card? Software? The Adapter? Or I have developed new superstrong mind powers that are jamming the connection?

HELP!

EDIT: I realize that Gitter is written Jitter, but too late to change the title.

Thanks :)
