HELP ME big problem with P2P

i was looking for a good client fro p2p and i found edonkey so i looked it up on google then i went to a site that was called edonkey2000.com and it said p2p is illegal u cant do this blah blah blah but then it ur ip adress has been logged
wat does that mean AM I ****ED?

sry if this is in the wrong place but im panicing right now and dont no wat to do

Well it is illegal, so I don't know what you want us to tell you?


The IP log is probably just a scare, but that doesn't alter the fact that you are engaged in an illegal activity.
No "blah blah blah" about it.

Well if you want to P2P file share, use acquisition or limewire. I will bet that the website saying they logged your IP address is just a scare tactic, as the above poster stated, so I think you're fine.

canyouseeme. Every website can see your ip address. It's like an ID number for your computer online.
