Help me check for spyware?

Sounds weird, but I think my previous boss, who turned out to be crazy, installed spyware on my laptop while he installed Adobe Master Suite on my Macbook Pro. He had also installed logmein a while ago..which I have deleted but the logmein toolbar keeps running, and I can't seem to find out how to delete it. I've deleted all other logmein files... If anyone can help me find out if I have any spyware on my laptop/ how to detect it and assist me in completely removing logmein, I would GREATLY appreciate.

The most effective method for complete app removal is manual deletion:

I doubt there is spyware of any kind on your Mac, but if you want to be sure, do a clean install of OS X and then reinstall any apps you want.
