Help me choose a carrier !

OK I realized my last post was bad. Here's my situation


- I live in SF, California
- I can get corporate discount for monthly plans for all 3 carriers
- Currently on Verizon

Monthly usage
- about 100 min
- about 100 txt (everyone I know uses iMessage, except for the rare odd ones)
- about 400MB data (wifi at work and home)


Haven't used Siri yet since I am currently on iPhone 4 - is that a data hog ?
No plans on using facetime - especially while on the move.


Please help me choose. I spent hours comparing the three, and was set on AT&T but other people are convincing me to stay with Verizon
