I'm having trouble configuring my dataplan. Wondering if someone might be able to help.

My carrier (Chatr) here in Canada doesn't directly support iPhone troubleshooting, they just gave me some information to input in to my network settings. That information isn't working and no one at their tech support can help.

All the information they gave me is on the page: www.chatrwireless.com/web/content/faq/data_services#data_setting (see image).

Currently, my settings are:
- 3G on.
- Cellular data on.
- Data roaming off

By the way I have an iPhone 4 running 4.3.3, baseband 4.10.01 (unlocked with a Gevey turbosim)

Not sure how much of a difference it will make, but could be an issue if it isn't a typo. Look at the MMS Proxy. What you say you have entered is off a digit in what they show should be entered.
