i got my ipod during the back to school promo last year, so it cost me very little, effectively, after the rebate. iv been really happy with it. Of course, using it every day cemented the idea that i wanted an iphone all along (i had my suspicions). Now i have one, (3G, £260 second hand) i dont know whether to sell the touch or not. My friend has offered me £85 for it, and that seems a good price, and i can think of that money as offset against the cost of the iphone. But i really notice the speed difference btwn the two devices. There was no way i was going to pay the premium for an unlocked 3GS, so im stuck with the speed of the iphone 3G which generally is fine. However, i enjoy gaming apps, and using sketchbook mobile in particular, which has a distinct lag on my iphone. Also, the touch is just such a lovely object, much more so than the iphone i think. And while the iphone lets me make calls, text, email, take pictures in addition to the similar functions, the ipod still seems to offer something unique.
So, do i sell?!
