help me decide which drive to put in which enclosure

I have an OWC elite aluminum enclosure, & a macally enclosure, and 2 hard drives to go in each one.

If the macally has a fan inside it, not sure if it does, should I put the drive that I will use for longer periods of time to keep cool, as opposed to the OWC enclosure which has no fan.

which enclosure has or provides the most wattage or power? I think I will need to consider this as this would affect the capacity & type of drive to go in.
