So I sold my MBP to a coworker, and I'll be handing it over this week. What is the best way for me to delete the contents of my drive (which includes a Bootcamp partition) so that it's as if it was new, with Lion fresh and the drive unpartitioned? And yes, my stuff has already been backed up and moved to my new Air :) Thanks!

boot from the dvd that came with your computer.
Use diskutility to repartition your HD - choose as many erase
passes as you think your need (1 is probably enough, 7 is more
than enough, 35 is for the really paranoid).
Then install OS from DVD

And if Lion wasn't on that DVD?
