I have my corporate exchange setup in the Mail.app. I have notifications set to push. I also have a Nuevasync exchange account setup in Mail.app. Also set to push notifications.

When I get an email to my nuevasync account, I always receive a notification essentially immediately. When I get an email to my corporate exchange email, it almost always takes at least several minutes, and sometimes up to 30+ minutes, before I receive a notification. Sometimes, I'll get a notification as soon as I turn my screen on, but the time stamp on the email will be 20 or 30 minutes earlier. This never happens with my nuevasync account, nor does it ever happen with any of my other push notifications. Only my corporate exchange email.

Any ideas? It almost seems like when I turn my screen off, my phone essentially stops receiving my corporate exchange emails, but the pipe opens once every 15-30 minutes (or as soon as I turn my screen back on) for an email to come in.

There's certainly no exact time that it takes. Sometimes they come in after 4-5 minutes. Sometimes 10-15. Sometimes 20-30. So it's not a regular fetch schedule. It's erratic, and it is definitely set to push notification.

Any ideas? I've had my company's IT folks looking at it but they aren't making much progress.... Greatly appreciate any ideas.
