Help me find a display: photo editing, gaming...

So i want another display, for my 24" iMac , but i am having some trouble. i need something between 22" and 24", must have a good contrast ratio, must have at least 5ms response time and i would really like if it is under 500$ but preferably more like 300$ haha. it will be used for Photo editing, and gaming. so, what would you reccomend?

My samsung display (see signature) is pretty good for a TN panel. But if you don't know what that is, then TN or PVA doesn't matter to you. Mind you I got it at costco during a sale. 300 is pushing the price limit. Upgrade the pricing to 400 or so and you can get a nice S-IPS or S-IP panel used Dell Ultrasharp thats 24".

ya i dont know much about Tn Panles or IPs stuff. right know im looking at a samgung, this one looks pretty decent and gets some good reviews.
