I know there are a lot of threads on this but I'm looking for something for traveling, not daily use. I want something with a padded compartment for my macbook (I don't have a sleeve) AND enough room for a couple days worth of clothes and stuff. I have a school backpack but it's not big enough so something bigger than your standard school backpack... Also, I would like to keep it under $100 but could be swayed up to $150 if it really met my needs. Thanks!

I really like this backpack (http://www.briggs-riley.com/category/productDetail.aspx?id=Excursion-Backpack_BP118) from Briggs & Riley’s yet to be launched BRX collection. From the description I read on their website, the backpack has a padded compartment for a laptop and it looks big enough to hold a few pairs of clothing. If you don’t mind waiting until May, then I think it would be an ideal fit for you. The other option is to get this expandable brief (http://www.briggs-riley.com/category/productDetail.aspx?id=15-point-4-inch-Executive-Expandable-Brief_KB302X) from Briggs & Riley. This can also accommodate a change of clothing along with a laptop and other essentials. I know it doesn’t meet your budget, but the quality and lifetime warranty offered by BR make this brief a real value for money.
