Help me find this game (you draw items)

I remember reading about a game a while back that was similar to Harold and the Purple Crayon.

It was cartoonish and you take your character through levels and had to draw things to get over or around obstacles, solve puzzles, etc.

I don't know what it's called and can't find it.
