HELP ME! Fix my iphone display problem

Hello MacRumors, I recently replaced New housing,LCD and battery. After few days of replacing all those,suddenly screen went blur and touch not working at all.Sent to same shop again but technician said he got no particular spare parts to repair,need order and wait about 1 month..

So is that necessary to change a new display?

Update, i tried with a new IPhone 5 LCD. But the problem still remain the same. I suspect is the pin or the power regulator problem. Does anyone here know how to fix this?
