Hi Folks, New iMac, latest version of Leopard..everything wonderful but my trip from the "Dark Side" would be easier if I could understand how best to organise all my e-mails in Mail. I had a pretty big but useful multi level directory structure in Outlook on the PC but can't really see how I can re create this in mail.
Can I have 1 inbox (per e-mail address) and then have folders and sub folders etc etc off this? If so........erm, how do I do it:confused:

First post so don't be too hard on me !

Great Forum :)

In Apple Mail you can create infinite mailboxes, stored locally on your mac or on the server if that's allowed. To create a mailbox, click on "Mailbox" at the top, "New Mailbox...", that'll slide a dialog down where you can choose a name and choose where it'll be stored. Then click OK.

You can create a mailbox within an exiting mailbox too, as I do with a load of contacts.
