Help Me Make a Collage

Need some help. I am not very good at editing pictures and cropping them and all that. I have been trying Gimp and its hard. I have all the pictures on a Gimp sheet and It would be greatly appreciated if somebody could help me finalize it. Anybody want to help a kid out?
