My wife and I are currently on a ATT Mobile Share plan with 2 iPhones. One has completed its current contract and is available for an upgrade. One iPhone 5 was just upgraded in September when the iPhone 5 came out. Which if I were to end this contract early it would be about $245.

I recently Incorporated my business and was going to put both of our phones on this account (new). Should we, transfer financial responsibility over to the new account and then upgrade the one phone.

Or cancel that account (but we want to keep our current phone numbers) and just get two new iPhone 5's and sell the ones we currently have (iPhone 4S with Apple Care Plus till Sept 2013 and iPHone 5 with Apple Care Plus till Sept 2014). I know these phones will sell easily for a good chunk of change and will definitely be enough to pay the early termination fee.

What do you think? We don't want to loose our numbers and we really only need/want to upgrade one phone, the iPhone 4S to a iPhone 5.
