iPod touch HELP ME !!!! please :)

My songs on my iPhone in iTunes are grey and have a symbol similar to a refresh symbol beside them. they also won`t play. can you help please?

have you tried to enable manually manage songs in playlist?

it just means that your sync hasn't been completed, just plug your iPod into your computer and let it complete the sync

That happens because the device cannot connect to the the music file. Just download the songs again.
