i just installed Mac OS X in my MacBook and now i would like to uninstall it because it didn't retain my music. My whole iTunes was wiped, very upsetting, and i would like to know if an uninstallment is possible..? please help!!

Sounds like you did a clean install. So, no, not possible. The only way to keep your files is to use the "archive and install" option.
 
What kind of install was this? What version of OS X did your mac have before? What did you install? Do you have a functioning backup? With a bit more information, we may be able to help.
