i went to restore my fone an delete everthing off if... my fone was in the set up mode an was siting they for an long time.. so i start to rest it? now my fone wont start up? how can i get it to work again
 
The title and spelling is killing me inside

Try restoring it once more. If that does not work, reinstall the OS.
