I'm looking for stock icon sets for my software products.

I'm building products for ERP/Personal finance, accounting, reporting, database, some web.

I like the "iconic" style & dislike the more "realistic" or "3D" style. I don't like the icons in 3D view, but in 2D and simpler/plain.

I know about http://dryicons.com/free-icons/preview/coquette-icons-set/ and like the style, but want other sources to compare.

I found a lot of icons with google but the mayority are freebies that cover too little or are web 2,0 oriented (instead of app oriented), dated XP style icons or crap websites listing it. I try finding stock icons only for the OSX but found very litte (except for the CODA and the WE ARE SOFA).

Any good sources?
