Help me spruce up my iWeb page!

I finally have some free time and new material and desperately need to update my website that I created on iWeb. I have no idea where to start... maybe flash? Any good sites to check out that could give me some good templates or ideas for iWeb? Thanks!

use a template in iweb, they are professionally designed. you don't want it to turn into a web 1.0 disaster with a bunch of animations and crazy backgrounds.

or learn the basics of design, a good start would be w3schools.com
do the tutorials for:

css
javascript
xml
ajax

I always love learning new stuff and will check out the site. Will I be able to incorporate some of those into a site made with iWeb?
