Help me watch the keynote please

I can't figure out how to watch the keynote. I have quicktime 7, but when I click on the link in Internet Explorer, an error message comes up and I can't view it. I don't have a mac or safari. Can't download safari either.

If there is a specific url I can plug into quicktime will that work?
