I bought a second hand iphone5s and seller said it is factory unlocked. But I worried that it is not unlocked, so please tell me my iphone5s is unlocked or not.

i can't help you on whether its locked or unlocked, but I do have a question.

did you put find my iPhone on the unit, or did it come with it? because if the find my iPhone is on and you receive it, there will be issues with calling in to apple support since the former user still has their name on it.

one of the instructions in selling or giving away an iPhone, is to clear out your apple ID and turn off the find my iPhone.

if you loaded the iPhone with your apple ID, and turned it on, then someone else will have to answer beyond that.

I suggest going to imei.org and entering your imei to see if it is unlocked or not.

See the post above yours, I have no idea if that works or not but you could always try a non-Verizon SIM and see if it functions.

Your iPhone 5S is a Verizon model. It is unlocked. Guaranteed. All Verizon iPhones 5S were unlocked from the beginning. Now if it is a stolen iPhone and was reported stolen, it will be blacklisted on all US carriers and will not work.
